This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into community engagement, crisis communication and the judgement calls that sit outside stakeholder mapping methodology. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained. Delegates leave able to work confidently with issues management, social media strategy and brand positioning in their own organisation.
