This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into corporate governance, crisis leadership and the judgement calls that sit outside the King IV governance code. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with stakeholder management, organisational culture and board reporting in their own organisation.
