This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into succession planning, performance management and the judgement calls that sit outside the Employment Equity Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with disciplinary procedure, employee wellness and employment equity reporting in their own organisation.
