This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into succession at executive level, executive decision making and the judgement calls that sit outside the King IV governance code. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with mergers and integration, leading through change and innovation leadership in their own organisation.
