This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into project closure, project reporting and the judgement calls that sit outside earned value management. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with change control, benefits realisation and critical path analysis in their own organisation.
