This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into disciplinary procedure, talent acquisition and the judgement calls that sit outside the SABPP competency model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with psychometric assessment, employment equity reporting and onboarding design in their own organisation.
