This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into crisis communication, message development and the judgement calls that sit outside recognised crisis communication protocols. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained. Delegates leave able to work confidently with interview technique, reputation measurement and spokesperson training in their own organisation.
