This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into disciplinary procedure, grievance handling and the judgement calls that sit outside the SABPP competency model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with remuneration and benefits, psychometric assessment and workforce planning in their own organisation.
