This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into onboarding design, remuneration and benefits and the judgement calls that sit outside the Employment Equity Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employee wellness, employment equity reporting and employee relations in their own organisation.
