This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into speech writing, crisis communication and the judgement calls that sit outside established corporate communication practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems. Delegates leave able to work confidently with spokesperson training, investor communication and press release writing in their own organisation.
