This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into supplier performance measurement, contract negotiation and the judgement calls that sit outside the PFMA and MFMA supply chain regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier relationship management, supply risk assessment and warehouse operations in their own organisation.
