It goes past the basics into reputation measurement, internal communication and the judgement calls that sit outside stakeholder mapping methodology. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems. Delegates leave able to work confidently with spokesperson training, interview technique and press release writing in their own organisation.
