This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into crisis leadership, stakeholder management and the judgement calls that sit outside the King IV governance code. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with succession at executive level, strategic planning and executive decision making in their own organisation.
