This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through executive decision making and negotiation at senior level as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive presence, stakeholder management and performance dialogue in their own organisation.
