This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through workforce planning and succession planning as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with grievance handling, employee relations and disciplinary procedure in their own organisation.
