This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through financial statement preparation and budgeting and variance analysis as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with deferred tax, cash flow forecasting and lease accounting in their own organisation.
