This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through integrated development planning and performance management in government as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because officials are held personally accountable under legislation many have never been trained on. Delegates leave able to work confidently with grant management, revenue management and audit action planning in their own organisation.
