Audit Action Planning: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through performance management in government and grant management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: audit outcomes have become the dominant measure of municipal performance, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with revenue management, consequence management and municipal budgeting in their own organisation.
