This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into succession at executive level, board reporting and the judgement calls that sit outside the King IV governance code. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive presence, organisational culture and crisis leadership in their own organisation.
