This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through performance dialogue and delegation and accountability on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with leading through change, leading distributed teams and succession at executive level in their own organisation.
