This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into innovation leadership, crisis leadership and the judgement calls that sit outside the King IV governance code. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with corporate governance, mergers and integration and strategy execution in their own organisation.
