This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through spokesperson training and social media strategy on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with brand positioning, crisis communication and communication auditing in their own organisation.
