This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into cost allocation, management accounting and the judgement calls that sit outside GRAP for public entities. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with revenue recognition, lease accounting and audit readiness in their own organisation.
