This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into performance management, remuneration and benefits and the judgement calls that sit outside the Skills Development Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning in their own organisation.
