Change Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through disciplinary procedure and performance management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with talent acquisition, employee relations and employment equity reporting in their own organisation.
