This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through HR analytics and succession planning on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with CCMA preparation, skills development planning and psychometric assessment in their own organisation.
