This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into investor communication, spokesperson training and the judgement calls that sit outside stakeholder mapping methodology. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems. Delegates leave able to work confidently with media relations, press release writing and social media strategy in their own organisation.
