This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether scheduling and project initiation are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with portfolio prioritisation, scope definition and stakeholder communication in their own organisation.
