It goes past the basics into stakeholder mapping, internal communication and the judgement calls that sit outside stakeholder mapping methodology. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond. Delegates leave able to work confidently with message development, speech writing and spokesperson training in their own organisation.
