Corrective and Preventive Action: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through proficiency testing and method validation on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with measurement uncertainty, document control and supplier qualification in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring measurement uncertainty into line with current good practice, measured against good laboratory practice
- Improve document control within their own organisation
- Explain supplier qualification to someone who does not do the work
- Put sample handling and chain of custody on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
