Crisis Communication: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through interview technique and reputation measurement on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with content planning, campaign planning and internal communication in their own organisation.
