Crisis Leadership Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through organisational culture and mergers and integration and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply. Delegates leave able to work confidently with delegation and accountability, executive decision making and innovation leadership in their own organisation.
