Cross Border Contracting: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through board procedure and legal risk assessment on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment law, contract interpretation and service level agreements in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring employment law into line with current good practice, measured against King IV
- Explain contract interpretation to someone who does not do the work
- Improve service level agreements within their own organisation
- Put arbitration and mediation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
