Data Integrity: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through corrective and preventive action and sample handling and chain of custody on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier qualification, equipment calibration and quality management systems in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where supplier qualification is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against good laboratory practice
- Review equipment calibration and say plainly whether it is working
- Improve quality management systems within their own organisation
- Make a decision about laboratory safety without waiting for a specialist
