This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether executive decision making and leading distributed teams are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with succession at executive level, negotiation at senior level and enterprise risk oversight in their own organisation.
