This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into corporate governance, negotiation at senior level and the judgement calls that sit outside established strategy execution practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with stakeholder management, strategic planning and enterprise risk oversight in their own organisation.
