Delegation and Empowerment Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through leading through change and board reporting and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with performance dialogue, leading distributed teams and executive decision making in their own organisation.
