This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through executive decision making and performance dialogue as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with delegation and accountability, enterprise risk oversight and board reporting in their own organisation.
