This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through CCMA preparation and onboarding design as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment equity reporting, skills development planning and organisational design in their own organisation.
