This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through annual reporting and performance management in government as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because officials are held personally accountable under legislation many have never been trained on. Delegates leave able to work confidently with revenue management, public participation and council procedure in their own organisation.
