This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through negotiation at senior level and strategy execution as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive decision making, strategic planning and board reporting in their own organisation.
