This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through employee wellness and organisational design as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with change management, job evaluation and grading and remuneration and benefits in their own organisation.
