This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through supplier relationship management and category management as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because category spend is one of the few remaining places to find margin without cutting headcount. Delegates leave able to work confidently with logistics management, tender evaluation and supplier performance measurement in their own organisation.
