Disciplinary Procedure: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through grievance handling and employee relations on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment equity reporting, change management and organisational design in their own organisation.

  • Explain employment equity reporting to someone who does not do the work, measured against the Employment Equity Act
  • Review change management and say plainly whether it is working
  • Put organisational design on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
