This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into HR analytics, organisational design and the judgement calls that sit outside the Employment Equity Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with skills development planning, talent acquisition and onboarding design in their own organisation.
