Employee Engagement Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through onboarding design and performance management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with skills development planning, employee relations and remuneration and benefits in their own organisation.
