This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into employee relations, employee wellness and the judgement calls that sit outside the Ulrich HR business partner model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with grievance handling, skills development planning and job evaluation and grading in their own organisation.
