Employment Law Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through data protection under POPIA and dispute resolution and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because commercial teams routinely sign obligations that legal only sees after a dispute. Delegates leave able to work confidently with corporate governance, liability and indemnity and cross-border contracting in their own organisation.
