This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through arbitration and mediation and intellectual property on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with dispute resolution, contract drafting and legal risk assessment in their own organisation.
