Ethics in the Public Service Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through consequence management and asset management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because audit outcomes have become the dominant measure of municipal performance. Delegates leave able to work confidently with performance management in government, integrated development planning and grant management in their own organisation.
